This is the second annual exclusive INN Women in Insurance Leadership (WIL) research study that specifically targets the state of professional development as it applies to women working in leadership positions within the insurance vertical. The study, conducted in partnership with Women in Insurance Networking Group (WING), found that the insurance industry is making some inroads to improve gender diversification, especially at the executive level; however, the industry and the women who would like to advance within it are still evolving, and still experiencing challenges.
