The Insurance Supper Club (ISC) is proud to announce Carlene Clifford as our ISC France Chair. ISC France is a non-profit association affiliated to the ISC headquartered in London.
Based in Paris, Carlene is the General Secretary of ISC France, and works as a project leader in the Group Culture, Inclusion and Diversity team at AXA. Before facilitating the formation of ISC France, Carlene was Vice President of Products and Marketing at AIG Asia Pacific for its Agency division (Asia). Carlene held a variety of positions during her 9-years at AIG including; Head of Strategic Projects for Agency (Asia), Head of Claims Relationship Strategy for major and multinational accounts (Asia Pacific) and Associate Counsel (Southeast Asia). Prior to joining AIG, Carlene was a Solicitor specialising in Aerospace at Barlow Lyde and Gilbert LLP.
Carlene is experienced in executing high-impact initiatives across culture, inclusion and diversity with an award winning innovation programme for disabled undergraduates in Singapore. Carlene completed the INSEAD Gender Diversity Programme, and holds a LLB (Hons) Law from The University of Sheffield and a LPC from The University of Law. Carlene also holds a Professional Diploma in Asia Pacific Marketing.
