St John’s, Smith Square, 1 March 2018, 19:30 in aid of “Help for Refugees”

The message of universal brotherhood in Beethoven’s “Choral Symphony” has never been more necessary or appropriate. London Phoenix Orchestra’s “Concert for Peace” aims to embody that message. The concert will feature Syrian viola player Raghad Haddad – now resident in this country after fleeing Syria in 2016, she is eager to help those affected by the situation in her war-torn homeland. She will be joined by British clarinetist Sheena Balmain in Bruch’s “Concerto for Clarinet and Viola” before the orchestra is joined by chorus and vocal soloists for what promises to be a special occasion.

The concert is in aid of the charity “Help for Refugees” and is sure to be popular, so book your ticket for this important event now!

Tickets available at the box office.
