“The UK gender pay gap is at its lowest level ever. This government is committed to ensuring the gap is eliminated in a generation.”
By April 2018, any employers with 250 employees or more will need to publish their gender pay gap data annually. However, there is still widespread misunderstanding about the stats being announced by companies, how they are calculated and what they mean.
The Insurance Supper Club are collaborating with The Chartered Insurance Institute, RPC, SCOR, The Gender Inclusion Network and Aon to bring you an interactive session that will tell you all you need to know about the Gender Pay Gap:
What is it & how is it measured
What the numbers look like across the market
What companies are doing to bring parity to their pay
We strongly encourage you to bring along a colleague from your network to this event.
